Even though all
tracks are sold AS IS, we have play-tested each one, and they all
work. Since most of these tapes are at least 20 years old, please
plan on replacing the foam pads and reinforcing the splice.
See 8-Track Repair and tune-Up Services
Offered.
After you make your selection, email
us and we will hold the tapes for you up to a week. Please look
under Shipping n' Stuff for detailed instructions
about payment and shipping. Also,
if you would like to be on a mailing list to be notified when the
list is updated please send us and email with "Subscribe"
in the Subject line.
We hate to due this, but since we've
had some folks ordering tapes and then not sending payment, we're
asking that payment be sent within 10 working days of your order confirmation
from us giving you a total with s/h. Each order must
be paid for separately. If there is a problem getting payment
to us, please email us and let us know. We're more than glad to work
with you. We also understand that payment from overseas takes
a little longer. Orders that have been here more than
2 weeks without payment or an email explaining delay in payment, are
subject to being put back on the shelves for resale.
We now have a business account
so we can accept checks or money orders made out to Kate's Track Shack
or Kathy Gibson. We
also accept PayPal. We have two accounts setup with them. One for
credit card payments and one for non-credit card payments. Just let
us know which you'll be using.
We're going to add a few description
codes (borrowed from Malcom - Thanks, Malcolm!!) for the tapes we'll
be adding on to help better describe the tapes condition. We haven't
gone in and changed all of the tapes, just the ones we added beginning
with this updated list. Keep in mind, too, that just because a tape
doesn't have any type of coding beside the title, that it's in perfect
condition. Some tapes may have minor imperfections, just not enough
to warrant putting a code beside it. We'll try to be as honest about
the tapes as we can. We sometimes get requests asking if we
can give a track listing on a particular tape(s) but due to the time
involved we are not able to do this. We hope you can understand this.
